When Netto first came to the UK in 1990 our approach to supermarket shopping was revolutionary. Never before had the shoppers seen products sold from simple boxes and pallets but more importantly never before had such low prices been seen.

From our base in Yorkshire (our first store was in Leeds, our head office is based just outside of Wakefield we quickly expanded into the main northern industrial towns where the unique Netto concept was quickly accepted in the recession hit early 90s.
