Universal Beverages Limited has been established for over two years and has brought together professionals from the drinks industry, utilizing superb facilities in Ledbury, Herefordshire. UBL is the first large scale beverage production facility in the UK, combining modern fruit milling equipment with a flexible production, packaging and distribution service.

Designed to help your business, UBL offers Contract Production to provide a complete solution for business re-engineering. UBL is your production partner.

FILLING
Our 100 tonne/hour mill handles a wide range of fruit and vegetables and has 15,000 tonnes of storage capacity for juice and concentrate.

FERMENTATION
Our fermentation tank farm can produce up to 750 million litres of fermented products each year in a range of batch sizes.

PROCESSING & BLENDING
We can process, blend and store alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients to make a wide range of products, from raw materials to final product.

GLASS BOTTLING
Our modern and flexible bottle lines can package in excess 100,000 bottles per hour in a wide range of glass sizes and pack formats.

CAN FILLING SERVICES
Our new canning line can package 90,000 cans per hour - standard 202 cans, 200 slimline and sleek cans.

PACKAGING
The packaging of cider and other related products can be done on site.

STORAGE & DISTRIBUTION
We have over 10,000 square metres of ambient, chilled and frozen storage facilities and can distribute to the location of your choice.
