Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Cheshire - CRTB360
Our client is based in Cheshire. They are a large multinational manufacture with several factories based throughout the UK. They have a requirement for an apprentice trained electrical maintenance engineer with PLC experience.
Reporting to the Engineering Team Leader on site, this role is an essential part of the maintenance team. Your role is to carry out planned maintenance on a wide variety of production plant while minimising breakdown downtime. The factory operates a range of PLC's and knowledge of variable speed drives and servo motors would help your application. You will be dealing with Electrical controls associated with process plant namely AC DC drives, relay logic, inverters etc. Plant equipment includes drives, controls, inverters, instrumentation controls, conveyors, PLCs, emergency stop systems and high speed packaging machines.
Our candidate will ideally be qualified to 17th Edition wiring regulations. You will have a recognised electrical Apprenticeship and have a full awareness of health and safety issues.
The role is working days and the salary will be between £22,800 and £31,000 dependant on experience plus benefits.
