Utilities Engineer - Liverpool – CRTB326
Based just of the motorway network and easily commutable from Merseyside, Lancashire, Manchester and North Wales we are working alongside one of the UK's largest Food packaging manufacturing companies. They have a requirement for a Utilities Engineer based from their expanding factory in Liverpool.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager on site our candidate will carry out an effective engineering schedule of preventative maintenance on utilities plant and services equipment. Assisting with continuous improvement plans, targeted at existing plant up time while ensuring that plant and services equipment is maintained, serviced and calibrated to guarantee the safety, legality and quality of our products.
You will be an apprentice trained engineer qualified to minimum ONC level in Engineering while having experience working within a similar role within a food or beverage manufacturing company. Essential requirements include knowledge of ammonia refrigeration and control systems, boilers, compressed air and water systems.
Our candidate will receive a salary of upto £30,000 + benefits for working on a 3 shift basis 6-2 / 8-4 / 2-10.
