In the Graduate / Trainee Recruiter role you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates through a mix of telephone calls and face to face meetings. We will give you everything you need to build up your portfolio of business and the opportunity to have limitless commission.

This is a demanding role and to be a success in recruitment you must have dedication and superb communication skills and above all the ambition to be the best you can be.

The company are looking to employ hard working, money motivated career orientated individuals. Your sales experience should be a minimum of 12 24 months, gained within a fast paced target driven environment. For example, telesales, b2b, outbound sales, insurance etc

Demonstrating success within a competitive field is also advantageous as it shows your competitive edge and your ability to achieve goals and targets.
