CRMK358 - NPD Technician - London

A London based patisserie is recruiting for a new product development technician. The functions of the role include creating, designing and presenting new and innovative products for clients, meeting the requirements and requests of clients, and working alongside the sales team to win bids and new business.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in baking and pastry as well as having a passion for food. No training is offered so the candidate will be comfortable working with baking and pastry machinery, whether it is alone or part of a team. This is a day based role and the salary is between £26,000 and £30,000 based on experience.
